Vintage 1990’s Vivienne Tam black double layer dress. Bodycon sleeveless base layer with a flowy semi-sheer, lightweight, pleated, long sleeve top layer. Modest and fully covered but flirty and sexy. Unique little black dress, pictures don’t do this designer vintage piece justice! Labeled a size 3, designer’s size large. Please see measurements below for fit.
