My Store values your patronage and strives to make your experience exceptional from start to finish. This Policy for Returns and Exchanges provides the framework for resolving situations where a product does not meet your needs.
We provide a 30-day window for returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached and packaging included. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Final sale items, as marked on the product page, are not eligible for return or exchange.
To create a return or exchange request, please log into your account on our website and visit the “Order History” section. Select the relevant order and item, and follow the prompts. You will receive a return authorization code and a printable shipping label. Please include the authorization code inside the return package. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for returns. For exchanges, we will ship the requested item as soon as possible. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. We thank you for your understanding and for shopping with us.
